Patrick Pine - President / CEO
Patrick began his career in 2009 as a part-time floor technician at a small janitorial company in Denver. Within a few months, he transitioned to a full-time Project Management role, and within a year, he expanded his responsibilities to include Sales. After a decade of dedicated service, Patrick decided to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions and founded PBG Facility Services, LLC.
As the President and CEO of PBG Facility Services, Patrick primarily oversees financial management and compliance. He also remains actively involved in Sales and occasionally enjoys applying floor coatings. Outside of work, Patrick cherishes spending time outdoors with his wife, Lauren, and their three sons.
Nate Pine - VP of Operations / Sales
Nate began his career in the industry as a part-time floor technician in 2010, working to support his education. He transitioned out of the industry in 2012, and over the next decade, gained a wealth of experiences and skills across various roles. In 2022, he returned to the industry to work together with Patrick in further developing and enhancing the company. Nates primary responsibilities include operations, sales, scheduling, customer service, and quality control.
When he isn’t working, Nate enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his family and close friends, and especially enjoys being an uncle to his growing number of nieces and nephews.
Crystal Perez - Accounting
Crystal has been bookkeeping for PBG Facility Services since 2021. In addition to her role at PBG, she has been a Registered Nurse since 2006. Before nursing school, she considered a career in accounting, and now enjoys working in her dual passions
Beyond her professional commitments, Crystal offers financial and budgeting assistance to members of her local church community. Her greatest joy, however, is being a wife to her high school sweetheart and mother to their two teenage sons.
Joe Duran - Projects Coordinator / Quality Control
Hi, I'm Joe Duran, a dedicated Project Manager at PBG Companies with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the industry. I'm a detail-oriented and hardworking professional, passionate about delivering top-notch results in floor cleaning—whether it's carpet, concrete, VCT, LVT, wood flooring, epoxy, ceramic tile, or natural stone tiles. I'm also skilled in small construction tasks, from patching drywall and fixing sinking toilets to appliance installations, framing, and painting.
Drew Williams - Floor Covering Specialist
Drew graduated with a marketing degree from Florida State University in 1984 and began his career with a major carpet tile manufacturer. After years as a mill rep, he moved to the dealer side to engage more closely with decision-makers in facilities. Here, Drew developed strategies to address common commercial flooring issues, drawing on over 20 years of experience in healthcare, corporate, government, and manufacturing markets.
He assists architectural and design professionals with product selections and helps facility managers with budgeting for projects. He proactively works with facility professionals and landlords to meet their needs. Drew also provides preventative maintenance proposals to maximize the lifespan of flooring investments.
In his spare time, Drew enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
